Mind you that Microsoft HTML Help Workshop comes with nice tools to generate a
chm file from a bunch of html-files on your filesystem.

I can imagine that it is pretty easy to implement to adding the capability to
httrack that it can put these html-files together in a way such that the chm
generator can pick them up.
