If your configuration doesnot change often:
Set necessary configuration in a dummy project in HTTrack and save as default
options in preferences menu.
Otherwise, every time you start a project:
1. Save it's settings.
2. Create an script that reads IE configuration and does necessary
modification to the winprofile.ini
3. Then reopen and start the project.
You can also start the project from commandline using your script.
