0. Please take care so that you don't post a message twice.
1. Tools Menu -> Manage Addons -> Add-ons that have been used by Internet
Explorer-> Launch WinHTTrack -> Enable 
2. You may try disabling and enabling again.
3. Reinstall HTTrack
4. Try 3.40-BETA from
<http://download.httrack.com/cserv.php3?File=httrack-beta.exe>
<http://www.httrack.com/page/2/en/index.html>
5. Try reinstalling IE. 
6. Try IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519
