Optimal value: 4
Values greater than the optimal value tend to overload the server and causes
server adminstrator to think that he should ban some IPs and User Agents. That
puts a bad impression. Optimal value already fetches the optimal speed.
As a responsible user, please use Max Connection option wisely.
