1. Usually HTTrack can't cut.
2. I think, cutting is theoritically possible and that mean improper handling
of HTTrack. You should have properly configured HTTrack to avoid those.
3. As you are using FTP site, cutting is nearly impossible.
4. What exactly do you want to do? Redo? That means cutting/copying from
nowhere? Bring the FTP folders back? Then copy the folders back to the FTP.
5. If you think we might be able to better realize the situation, please
provide the neccessary information to access the FTP.
