If there are many files, the continue process might
take some time. The reason is that the engine has to
recollect all existing links so that it can know which
links has to be caught or not

The retry feature is always used - for non fatal
errors. Example: 404 errors are "fatal" and in this
case the engine won't retry. But other errors
(timeout, or broken connection) should be handled
