As I know, HTTrack did not open any port as "server", so I'm not sure that's
the reason of your problem.
In Helitrix you can modify the default port 8080 to what you want. In the
command line just add :
--port=PORT (example : --port=60000)

This port is only used when you want to access to the user interface via a web
access. So with your new port you have to access to
<http://<host>:60000/admin/>
