When trying to download ebooks with the WebHTTrack interface, no index file is
created inside the created ebook. Thus, the top-level index is also not
updated! This makes using HTTrack for downloading ebooks rather painful. Here
is the ebook I was testing with:
<http://gutenberg.net.au/ebooks01/0100021.txt>

Try downloading it with WebHTTrack and you will see that no entry is created
in the index. How can this be solved (preferably with the web interface, but
any solution is appreciated)?
