I had a quick look.

Kelloggs' site is not working for you because those dropdown lists are using
javascript that is too complicated for HTTrack to parse.  This means all the
products pages have probably not been mirrored.  Not really any solution.

The Burtons menu is made with Flash.  Quite possible that this has also
restricted what HTTrack has been able to successfully mirror.  Flash can be
tough to deal with and although there *may* be a solution it would involve
complicated steps.  Some info if you're game:
