If the files can be reached through HTTP, yes, and you don't have anything to
setup specifically. But if you want to download streamed media.. it depends.
HTTrack can download (limited) mss:// files, but generally not real media or
quicktime, for example.

And media files that rely upon plugins (activex plugins for example) won't be
downloadable either.
