A new alpha version (alpfa-3) of the upcoming 3.41 release is now available.

The biggest fixes since older alpha releases are:
- fixed update not working at all (the cache was always being ignored)
- fixed BIG memory problem when downloading large sites, by introducing a new
background download system which now stores temporarily html files on disk
before processing (parsing and changing embedded links) them
- fixed various bugs ("show logs" not working)
- added some ARC (web archive) support in proxytrack (to be tested)
- added some conversion code in proxytrack (not yet functionnal)

Regarding the huge changes in the code, please report bugs (even obvious ones)
or crashes in this very first *alpha* release, thank you!
