it is explained how to remove the security limits by command line.

But it is much to cumbersome to not use the GUI.

How can I use this command line parameter with the GUI-version? Does ist work
there, too?
The source code is unfortunately not easily to build, because the layout of
the files is not correct (the src and src_win folders have to be merged?) and
it is not clear whether to use VC 6 oder VS.NET 2003/2005. The project files
seem to be different!
