2. As a "wikipedian" I'm hardly engaged into "NPOV philosophy". My opinion is
that NPOV into wiki is just the final result of lots of contributions and
updates. I think that the author's contribution (the best one, from a
particular point of view), honestly commented and signed into the Talk page,
would be appreciated.
