Hi there,
  I'm not a "techy" by any stretch of the imagination, but i was able to setup
and install this program sucessfully.  I have ran it on a site and it seemed
to work great except with larger jpeg images.  It did grab the thumbs but it
said "file not found" for all of the larger images.  I'm a bit confused
because i went and checked the urls for the big images and they appeared
without problem.  Any thoughts?
