Thanks for your reply but I don't really understand what you are asking of me,
I'm probably not technically minded.

The only facts I can make you aware of is:

I use MS IIS for the localhost, php for the webpage and mysql for the
database. 

I really dont have any passwords set in the IIS or in Windows XP. 

If there are filters that are enabled, is it possible for me to get an
indication of where in IIS i can change or edit these filter settings?
