Hi,

I have problems when updating a site. All files are downloaded again. Files
updated is always '0', even if i am sure files have been changed.

In the hts-cache folder, there are several files, like new.zip, but there is
no old.zip file, only old.lst and old.txt.

I know it's working because several months ago it worked and files were
updated instead of rewritten over and over again..
