Previously I stated that all versions after 3.32 were renaming files. wmv=>html
etc.
You previous stated that beta-12 fixes it.
It does but a second run thinks the file size has changed and redownloads the
file.

I also note it creates temporary files *.html.tmp and *.delayed.tmp
