I am struggling to grab an online training programme from

It is either difficult, or impossible, to grab only the lessons set out on
that page, since either HTTracker ends up downloading the whole site (many
gigabytes - impossible) or, if I try to limit the linking levels, HTTracker
does not achieve downloading all avi or flash animations.

Any of you has thoughts on how to grab the lessons available on the above site
efficiently ?
