Hi,

I've found a workaround: I've just tried v3.32 with the test site
(http://projectcerbera.com/)...and it works fine without any tweaking of
options (ie all the RAR's were downloaded as RAR's). So, something that has
changed since v3.32. I checked the changelog, and nothing really jumped out at
me at being the cause of the problem. Hopefully Xavier will be able to work
out what change between the old and new version has introduced this bug and
correct it in time for v3.41 final.
