If Httrack doesn't download a file it keeps the original URL in the download
web pages (or in the external page if enabled.)

I don't believe Wget can download any faster then Httrack, that's a function
of the network. With the exception that Wget can restart an interrupted file
whereas Httrack has to  restart from the beginning.

I find on dial-up max connections=2-3 to be optimum while on wifi I set it to
7-11
