Windows doesn't seem to allow files with just the 
suffix .httrackrc, without a prefix. Hence I can't 
seeem to use this file to store a config.

Any suggestions about how I can do this on Win2K, and 
where the resulting file should be stored to be picked 
up by httrack.exe (not winhttrack).
