I think prior to comment your problem, I feel you should read this thread:

Maybe your problem is with the top links (read 1,2,3 and 15,16,17): there are
three dots between them, and in spite you surely understand what they mean,
the html code doesn't have any link for them (they are just... dots!), so
pages between 4 and 14 simply don't exist for the first level page.

In short: you have an initial page in level 1 (page 1), and pages 2, 3, 15,
16, 17 in level 2 (depth=2), that is, one clic away from page 1.

Other pages/links only appear on top links as you go to pages in level 2 and
so on, and that's why they are outside the limits of your mirror.

Try increasing depth level.
