Which settings are necessary to make sure that the files of the local image are
binary identical to the versions on the server.

Additionally, is it possible (in a simple way) to create a log file that lists
all downloaded files, their URIs as well as some other data? Can this include
HTTP header fields (like last-modified) or MD5/other hashes to assure
integrity?
