| I found the same problem, but with winHTTrack. I noticed that a file called
btorrent16.exe was convientaly installed along with this program. It also was
configured to start everytime windows XP started. When I started up a torrent
client, this program spiked my CPU to 100%. The HTTrak unistaller does not
remove this file from the computer. I had to manually remove it along with
