Of course, what I meant were directories automatically listed by the server,
such as /?M=D like you said.
(I don't aim to fetch hidden data.)

So, the answer is No: I have to add them manually, httrack won't fetch the
content automatically, infering the root URL from any file previously linked.
... so I think I'll have to modify the source.
