There is no way to know whither the ?e=xx results in the same or different
page than ?e=yy other than to download the page.  In fact page.html?e=zz could
be an image file.  The site I most often mirror have post.php?media=nnnn Each
page is different.

That's what you need but I don't think there's a way.
