Firstly thanks for the great tool.

I would like to prevent HTTrack from adding the following content-type meta
tags when it saves JSP pages:

<!-- Added by HTTrack --><meta http-equiv="content-type"
content="text/html;charset=UTF-8"><!-- /Added by HTTrack -->

I have already used the -%F "" option to turn of the footer, but it has no
effect on these meta tags.

A previous reply from Xavier suggested to use the --preserve option, but this
has the side-effect of forcing the -K4 option.

Could the next version please introduce a new flag to avoid adding these
tags?
