I would think that you could copy the command line from the hts-log.txt file in
the Windows project directory directly to the linux machine.  Some of the
options might need tweaking, but, overall, I would expect it to work.  As far
as I can tell from the httrack manual, everything on the command line is
common to both Windows and other platforms (I use httrack on Windows and
Solaris - the latter is command line only - and it all seems to work).

I had some trouble with my Solaris machine, but that was because it used a
proxy to connect, whereas my Windows machine connected directly.  Something to
keep in mind when you copy the command line....
