Maybe if you can provide URLs to the pages you want or show us the way that
"search URLs" are submitted to the server, someone here can help you.

I've done more work with wGET than HTTrack, so I'm still learning, but there's
plenty of knowledgeable people here,
but ultimately we need more information.

Is the site public ? If so, then post the URL to it and maybe some sample
pages you're interested in.
