start WinHTTrack and add the following starting URL

<http://www.1000top.com.tw/main.asp?Page=1&T=2> 

then add the following filters
-* +*/1000TopImg/*.jpg

let it run for a while (you can stop it after 5 or 10 megs or so) and see what
it has done for you.

then you might need to expand/alter the filters to find other types of files
for you.
