Maybe because of filters against offline browsers - 
try to limit the maximum number of connection to 1 or 
2, set bandwidth limit (this will reduce the bandwidth 
overload) to a reasonnable value (<10KB/s) and 
optionnaly change the 'Browser ID' in Options/ID.
But, again, set reasonnable limits when downloading 
large sites: this will avoid abuses, and webmaster 
will not ban offline browsers.
