I've heard (can't confirm) that Httrack v3.33 is the best version to use. 

Also, I can't promise I can help you, but you might provide a URL if possible,
and maybe we can do some testing. If the site is reachable by the general
public.

Also maybe post any command lines that are *close* to working so far.
