Sorry, still confused, and the download still fails so I assume I'm doing
something wrong:

1) Can I use the windows version. Do I have to copy any of the 
proxy-displayed settings re the captured data to it (the current project)? If
not, how does it get there?2) Or, if Ihave to use the CL version, how do I get
the Windows settings I have created and add them to what I assume is a command
line example.
