In that case, since it re-download all my htm and non-htm files, can i assume
that the cache is corrupt? Again my question: is it possible to rebuilt
cache/index based on what i have on my computer locally?
Also, could it also mean that WinHTTrack compared my files with remote site
and thinks its outdated? I've already set "Do not purge old files" and "Update
hack". What else do i need to set?
