I'm trying to grab a site in which the url ends in "100%".
eg. www.site.com/jimbo/heyyou100%/

The thing is, when I am hovering about the link for this page it would be like
above.
www.site.com/jimbo/heyyou100%/

But when I click on the link it shows up in the address bar as 
www.site.com/jimbo/heyyou100%25/

I tried entering both these into httrack and it tells me the site is empty. 
Anyway to get this working?I did a search but didn't really see anythign that
would help me.
