HTTRACK appears to have downloaded a website Mirror, but the prime language is
English with secondary language of Chinese

The Mirror starts in English but when a new page is selected the Chinese
version is displayed and every subsequent page is Chinese, unless the option
to revert to English is selected.
But again, when changing pages it selects the Chinese version!

Is it possible to make the Mirror stay in the English language?
