I've never used webhttrack (winhttrack has its own gui) But if I understand
you can't bring up the webHttrack gui with your browser. Your use of hal
instead of localhost confused me.
Apparently winHttrack defaults to port 8080
You need to tell the second instant what port to listen to.
<http://www.httrack.com/history.txt> states that 3.40-2 contains a new --port
option for webhttrack
