A few times now I have needed to capture a website,
but found them incorrectly using the <base 
href=""> tag.

Firstly, does HTTrack use this tag for calculating
pages to grab?  It does seem to.  If the base href is
incorrect it can totally screw up a capture.

Would it be possible to ignore the base tag?  It would 
greatly assist with certain sites.
