There was a forum problem a few hours ago, now intermittently fixed.

You can change some options (Mirror -> options) but not most.
Press Cancel once, wait for it to complete.  Restart the mirror, the Action
will be continue.  You can change the options there.  Continue will read the
cache and check for changed files which is quick.
