the expected results for each answer aren't defined? unclear

also the whole querry window disappears and question options stop if you
select ok button and don't select any answer button.  unclear how to get the
querry window back without restarting the download.

also answers given seem to be retained, someplace and reapplied to followup
activity on the project they were created under, and on unrelated projects. 
how/where clearing previous selection is done is not defined.
