3.43 RC2 is still ignoring exclusions in the Scan Rules for a mirror, and thus
reports errors like:

www.nirsoft.net/utils/iecookies.html)

(i.i.com.com is excluded in the scan rules, so WinHTTrack should not even be
parsing it, it is also excluded in the HOSTS file so it still wouldn't find it
even if it wasn't excluded)
