The language ID?? What do you mean?
If you want to recompile the httrack.exe 
(**engine+commandline** only), .dsw/.dsp are normally 
put among with the distro. Same for the 
winhttrack.exe - except that you'll have to merge 
files from src/* in the winhttrack sources directory, 
and the select the winhttrack.dsw file. You may have 
to edit some paths and files to match your 
environment, however, and install libraries like zlib. 
Ensure thay you installed all VC++ service packs, too..
