First of all a mirror is NOT a copy

The layout is:
basePath\mirror1\web\...
basePath\mirror2\web\...
in basePath is index.html which lists mirror1, mirror2...
in mirrorX is index.html which lists all the urls in a mirror.
Both of these autoforward if there is only one.
You uploaded basePath...
You should have uploaded mirrorX\web
