I'm sorry to say that, but this IIS server is a crap 
or badly configured. All HTML files are tagged 
with "TEXT/PLAIN" content-types and - what a surprise -
 only IE can understand them (Netscape display nice 
HTML sources)

I don't want to implement hacks for such servers, as 
it would break MANY other ones (IE does 
also "recognize" JPEG files tagged with PLAIN type.. 
shame shame shame!) - but I may modify the default 
MIME types system so that it can override server MIME 
type (but this is dirty..)
