I am having the same problem fairly regularly now after years of not having
this problem.  I'm running Vista.  I wonder if that could be it?  OK, I just
tried the same site on another computer, and it is working fine.  Any ideas?
As far as other programs, I've used quite a few, and with the exception of
this problem this is by far the best program I have found, free or not.
