I need to grab a website which is almost entirely dynamically generated. I
think the pages are .ASP and it also uses frames and javascript.

I've tried Jobo and it grabs about 1% of it, basically just the front page.

The website was custom written, it doesn't use any off the shelf BBS etc
software.

Would HTTRACK work?
