I just had a try and it worked fine.  I pointed HTTrack at the URL above,
using almost default options (I like to change the site structure to exclude
www.domain.xxx) but noticed how large the mail archives were so I cut them out
with a filter:
-*/archives/*

The captured site is only the /VNC/ directory.

If I had troubles I would have tried scan rules such as:

-* +*/VNC/* +*.gif +*.jpg
