Any connect/DNS errors in the hts-log.txt file?You did put "8080" and not
":8080" as proxy port, did 
you?
Try also another website, to see if this is a global 
configuration error or related to this website.

If this still don't work, please details your settings 
(the hts-cache/winprofile.ini file, for example)
