There is a website I'm attempting to capture which uses a clever
javascript/jquery technique to replace the current window content with, so
that when you "view source" you get the incorrect page.

How can I use httrack to capture all of these items as they are downloaded,
such that I can analyze the code that is doing this.

Somehow, you would have to set up a proxy and httrack would need to be saving
content constantly as you accessed it.
