I'm working on a custom version of the latest WinHTTrack for new users, with
the most appropriate optimized default settings, including:

Spiders: No

Browser ID: Any other than default, but one that works with both IE & Firefox
sites. The HTTrack default is what stops HTTrack working in the vast majority
of cases with new users as most sites block HTTrack directly.

Max transfer rate: 50KB/s, but this can be manually overidden. For sites with
lots of videos etc i've found during my 3 years of use that 250KB/s works
well, without overloading the server.

I'm having trouble recompiling though, i need to discuss with Xavier about his
exact development environment.
